    the property was a converted Staybridge and the hotel room (supposedly non-smoking) reaked of cigarette smoke.

    A/C went out. Front desk would move me to a suite in additionwas expecting me to pay for the upgrade. unhelpful

    carpet, filthy. shower had minimal water pressure. Only once did we ever see a person at the desk, clock was broken.We picked this property based on the reviews we read on several sites, until they completely spotless and remodel, do not waste your money

    base trip stays on the property reviews. there's no way we stayed at the same place.booked a Baymount and find a la quintai instead. The worst. Rest hotel room closed. Large dogs in the dinning area and elevetor. Thin sheets, and they were inside out. Guess you don't have to wash them as oftten? One person on duty and they kept leaving the front desk unattended. Thats creadit card number on that desk. Had breakfast meal with the help and their family and two street guys.These folks wanted me to give them a ten. Oh yea,like thats ever going to happen.

    the hotel room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. There were no problems. would stay there again.
